Once an order has been prepared, picked up, delivered, or handed to the customer, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for reasons including taste, flavor preference, sweetness, texture, appearance, ingredient selections, or changes in quality resulting from transportation, delays, temperature exposure, storage, melting ice, or loss of carbonation.
