Our beverages are handcrafted to order. If you have a food allergy or dietary concern, please let us know before ordering so we can help you choose the most appropriate drink.

All of our Dirty Sodas are handcrafted and made fresh to order specifically for each customer. Because these beverages are customized, prepared on demand, and highly perishable, all sales are final.

Once a Dirty Soda has been prepared, delivered, or picked up, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for any reason related to flavor preference, sweetness level, carbonation, texture, appearance, or ingredient selections.

We take great care in preparing every drink and ensuring it leaves our kitchen or event booth in excellent condition. However, once an order has been delivered, picked up, or handed to the customer, Auntie Penny™ is not responsible for changes in quality resulting from transportation, delays, temperature exposure, handling, melting ice, loss of carbonation, or storage conditions.

If there is an error with your order due to a mistake on our part, please contact us immediately so we can review the issue and make it right whenever possible.
