All of our products are freshly made and perishable, all sales are final.
Once an order has been delivered or picked up, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for any reason related to taste, texture, or appearance.
We take great care in baking, packaging, and handling every order, but once your items leave our kitchen, we have no control over shipping conditions, handling, or storage. For this reason, Auntie Penny™ is not responsible for damages, delays, or spoilage caused during or after delivery.
Shipping Policy
Preorders close Thursday at 8 PM Eastern. Orders placed before the cutoff are scheduled for the upcoming Saturday Pop & Drop pickup or Tuesday shipping cycle. Orders placed at or after the cutoff move to the following week.
Shipping dispatch is not the delivery date; carrier transit time is additional. Choose an eligible destination and available shipping service during checkout. For pickup, select a Pop & Drop location and view its fixed pickup window. Local delivery eligibility is checked during ordering.
