Shipping Policy
YOUR PREORDER SCHEDULE
Preorders close Thursday at 8 PM Eastern. Order before the cutoff for shipping the upcoming Tuesday. Orders placed at or after Thursday at 8 PM ET move to the following week’s Tuesday. No exceptions. Tuesday is the dispatch day; carrier transit time is additional.
If we cannot dispatch your order by the promised shipping date, we will notify you and offer the choice to accept a revised date or cancel the unshipped order for a prompt refund, as required by applicable law. If your order is canceled or required consent to a delay is not obtained, we will issue the required refund.
SHIPPING OPTIONS
We currently ship to eligible addresses within the United States. Select Shipping when building your order. Shipping orders require at least 4 cookies. Available UPS shipping options and rates are shown in secure checkout for your address and cookie quantity.
