1. Business Identity

2. Ordering and Payment

Auntie Penny operates exclusively on a preorder basis.
All orders must be placed through our official website (and soon, our mobile app).
Full payment is required upfront at the time of order placement. Orders will not be processed until payment is received in full.

3. Cancellations, Refunds, and Exchanges

All sales are final.
Because each product is freshly prepared and custom-made for you, we do not accept cancellations, refunds, or exchanges once an order is placed.
Please double-check your order details before checkout.

4. Pickup, Delivery, and Shipping

We offer three methods of receiving your order:

• Pickup: Orders may be picked up at designated Auntie Penny drop-off locations.

• Delivery: Available within specified local delivery zones, directly to your doorstep.

• Shipping: Available across the United States and Canada via third-party carriers such as UPS or USPS.

Once your order leaves our kitchen and is handed off to a shipping carrier, it becomes their responsibility.

5. Shipping Delays, Damages, and Lost Packages

Once your box is handed off to UPS/USPS, it’s out of our control.
Delays happen (weather, reroutes, holidays).

• No refunds, reships, or credits for delays.

• If marked as lost, we’ll help you file a claim (results not guaranteed).

Real talk:

• 95% of orders arrive perfect.

• 5% may look a little banged up, but still dangerously delicious.

Porch Pirates & Delivery Mistakes

• If your package is marked “Delivered” but goes missing, we can’t refund or replace it.

• Live in a risky area? Use a UPS Access Point or a secure address.

• If the carrier delivers to the wrong spot, we’ll help you file a claim, but responsibility lies with them once shipped.

Address Accuracy
Labels are printed exactly as entered at checkout.

• Wrong or incomplete address? If lost or returned, no refund.

• Want a reship? We can do that—just pay a new shipping fee.

6. Product Quality and Ingredients

Auntie Penny never substitutes ingredients. Consistency and quality are non-negotiable.
Allergen information is clearly provided on each product page so customers can review ingredients and potential allergens before purchasing.

7. Intellectual Property

Auntie Penny™ and Simply Doughlicious™ are proprietary trademarks of Auntie Penny LLC.
All product names, photos, logos, packaging designs, and website content are the property of Auntie Penny LLC and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Auntie Penny LLC shall not be liable for:

• Any allergic reactions, illness, or injury resulting from consumption of our products.

• Misuse of products, delivery delays, lost packages, or third-party carrier errors.

Our total liability for any claim related to your purchase shall not exceed the original purchase price of your order.

 

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

All matters relating to these Terms and any purchase made through our website shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York.
Jurisdiction and venue shall be exclusively in Queens County, New York.

 

10. Updates and Acceptance

By using our website, placing an order, or engaging with our services, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Auntie Penny LLC reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
